Geller Professional Foam Chlor 5L

Foam Chlor is a high foaming chlorinated alkali suitable for washdown in all food processing areas. Foam Chlor can be used with venturi foamers and can also be used with air injection foamers to create a thick creamy foam to adhere to all vertical surfaces. Foam Chlor has increased alkalinity therefore best for high fat and oily areas around the plant like boning rooms, digesters and rendering plants. Foam Chlor is a unique blend of specialized surfactants, alkali’s, corrosion inhibitor and chlorine which provides:
-Fast acting penetration of soils
-Removal of stubborn proteins, blood & fat
-Soil suspension agents to prevent redeposition
-Active chlorine for sanitising
-Prevention of corrosion Foam Chlor is completely miscible with water at all concentrations

Directions
Directions for use Hand/Manual cleaning: Use at the rate of 3-4 ml per litre of water, depending on the degree of soiling. Foam cleaning steps. 1: Meter through Venturi/Foam unit at a breakdown of 20:1 to 100:1 with water depending on nature of foam required. For light cleaning and sanitising: Dilute 10mls per litre of water. For normal cleaning and sanitising: Dilute 20mls per litre of water. For heavy duty cleaning: Dilute 30mls per litre of water 2: Leave to act for 3-5 minutes for sanitizing 3: Rinse with potable water.
