1. Delivery Services
Waikato Cleaning Supplies Limited offers delivery using both our own delivery vehicles and approved third-party freight providers.
Depending on the order size, location, and product type, deliveries may be completed by:
- Our WCS local delivery team within the Hamilton area
- Courier services such as Post Haste
- Freight providers including Team Global Express for large, oversized, or dangerous goods consignments
The delivery method is selected at our discretion to ensure safe and efficient transport.
2. Delivery Charges
Local Hamilton deliveries are free for orders over $130.00 + GST. Orders below this value will incur a freight charge of $6.50+gst.
For non-local deliveries:
- Orders over $500.00 + GST within the North Island qualify for freight-free delivery.
- South Island deliveries are available, with freight calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location. Due to higher transport costs, South Island orders do not fall under standard freight-free delivery thresholds.
Additional freight charges may apply for:
- Rural delivery locations
- Hazardous substances or Dangerous Goods
- Large, heavy, or oversized items including 200L drums
Freight pricing displayed at checkout is indicative and may be adjusted if order contents change or specialised freight handling is required.
Freight pricing, thresholds, and delivery zones may be updated from time to time.
3. Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to dispatch orders promptly once received.
Orders placed before approximately 10:00am are typically processed for dispatch the same working day where stock is available. Orders received after this time may be dispatched the following working day.
Dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, order volume, or operational requirements.
4. Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Delivery performance may be affected by:
- Courier and freight provider schedules
- Regional or rural locations
- Weather events or unforeseen delays
- Hazardous goods handling requirements
Waikato Cleaning Supplies Limited is not liable for delivery delays once goods have been handed to a third-party carrier.
5. Local WCS Deliveries
- Goods may be left at the delivery address unless specific instructions state otherwise.
- We do not require signatures for delivery.
- Drivers will follow reasonable delivery instructions provided with the order.
- If access is unavailable or unsafe, delivery may be rescheduled.
6. Courier and Freight Deliveries
Orders sent via courier or freight providers may include tracking notifications where available. Tracking emails may be automatically generated through our courier integrations.
Once goods are collected by the courier or freight provider, delivery performance is managed by that carrier.
Customers should ensure delivery details and access instructions are accurate to avoid delays or re-delivery charges.
7. Risk and Responsibility
Responsibility for goods transfers to the courier or freight provider once the order has been collected from Waikato Cleaning Supplies Limited.
Our responsibility includes safe dispatch and accurate fulfilment of your order.
8. Large, Heavy, or Oversized Deliveries
Some items, including machinery or large-volume goods, may require specialised freight handling.
- Tail lift services may be requested where required but cannot be guaranteed in all situations.
- Customers may be responsible for unloading equipment where appropriate handling facilities are not available.
- Freight providers will advise if special arrangements are required prior to dispatch where possible.
9. Delivery Issues or Damage
If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
