Delivery Options
We offer two ways to get your order: our own van fleet for local deliveries, and courier for everywhere else.
Van Delivery — Hamilton & Surrounding Areas
Our Waikato Cleaning Supplies vans deliver directly to your door across Hamilton, the wider Waikato, Coromandel and King Country.
Free delivery on orders over $130 + GST
(=$149.50 incl. GST)
$6.50 + GST delivery charge on smaller orders
(=$7.48 incl. GST)
Hamilton: daily deliveries
Outside Hamilton: scheduled delivery days (see calendar below)
*Freight has recently been reviewed in line with current operating conditions. We intend to return to our previous delivery settings as conditions allow.

Courier Delivery
We offer courier delivery for customers outside our van delivery area, or when courier delivery better suits your needs.
Orders over $500 + GST may qualify for freight free delivery within parts of the North Island, depending on the products ordered and delivery location.
Freight charges are otherwise calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and freight type of your order. We work hard to keep freight costs as fair and competitive as possible throughout New Zealand.
Additional fees may apply for Rural Delivery, large or bulky items, urgent deliveries, and Hazardous Substances.
Class 8 Dangerous Goods may incur additional charges and are sent via Team Global Express.
Please note: some oversized items (such as poles) cannot be delivered to rural addresses. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to help.
