Rapid Power San Sanitiser 5L

Rapid Clean Power San is a non-rinse sanitiser with a complex blend of quaternary ammonium compounds. It has superior germicide activity and its no rinse properties are crucial to a kitchen sanitising program. Power San is specifically used as the final rinse sanitiser at the end of the standard kitchen and food processing cleaning program.

Direction for use:
No Rinse Sanitising: Add 4mL into a 500mL spray bottle or 6mL into a 750mL spray bottle. Spray directly and allow to act for 60 seconds. Drain and air dry all food contacting areas after use.
Heavy Duty Sanitising: Add 25mL into a 500mL spray bottle or 40mL into a 750mL spray bottle. Spray directly and allow to act for 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
To ensure effectiveness fresh solutions need to be prepared daily. Discard unused solution.

MPI Approved C41 (All animal product except dairy). Food surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts
MPI Approved C43 (All animal product except dairy). In the case of operators that only process fish, food contact surfaces must be thoroughly drained to minimise residues and must not imply that it can be used as a non-rinse sanitiser by any other operators.
